Our
Cap Lining Machines can be supplied
with two liner cut technologies:
Seal
cut through dies with columns
with blades
(This is the most
conventional and well-known system
of cutting and inserting seals
in the cap). Our equipments can
be delivered with dies of 1 to
5 punchers. |
 |
Seal
precut through rotary cutting system
(This method, commonly used in polyethylene
seals inserted in beverages caps,
guarantees a cap free from polyethylene
particles. Such particles are inevitably
generated in the cutting process,
when the punchers used in the traditional
cutting rip up the material during
the process. An important point to
be considered is that the quantity
of debris generated is higher in low
density or low quality liners.
This
Rotary cutting system eliminates
almost 100% of the dust since
it uses a compression type of
cut instead of the traditional
chopping system.
The seals are pre-cut on the liner
band in the Rotary cut module
outside the lining module, where
they will finally be inserted.
Consequently, it is impossible
that a particle, resulting from
the cutting process, gets in contact
with the cap. After the pre-cut,
the band is delivered through
ionization and dust removing tunnels
to the final table where the cap
is assembled. |
 |
The
tooling changes in both options are
simple, fast and precise. The machine
operator will perform the changeover
in no time.
The cut tooling in the traditional
version consists of dies with columns
with high precision ball bushings
and rotary blades in the case of pre-cut
seals. All of them are interchangeable.
| Our
Lining Machines (Seal or liner
insertion) can cut or insert different
types of seals depending on the
tooling used, such as tritab,
pull-tab, round, double (two overlapped
and independent seals), sensitive
seals (inserted by pressure) and
others, all of them used in different
applications in the packaging
industry. We have Lining Assembly
machines in which both the cap
assembly and lining are performed.
We have an assembly and lining
model for childproof caps. |
 |
Our
equipments are used in the manufacturing
of Bottled Water caps, Short and Long
Skirt caps, Twist off caps, Elliptical
caps, Ketchup dispensing caps (assembly
and lining).
If
the customer requires, Auting can
install artificial vision systems
for the inspection and control of
defects that its Quality Department
considers necessary.
To achieve this, we have the knowhow
for the application of the latest
technology in artificial vision systems
and a close contact with the main
suppliers that keep us updated with
the latest news.
Functioning
Closures
are loaded in hoppers (Vibratory or
Elevator) which reload the closure
feeder-orientor in a controlled motion
(Vibratory or Rotary) which in turn
will place the closures rhythmically
on a conveyor that will finally feed
the lining module.
The
lining module will be in charge
of cutting and inserting the seal
in the cap. (Traditional or Rotary
cutting system)
Besides,
other operations can be performed
in the main module, such as: operations
combined with assembly, adhesive
application, labeling or mere
inspection. |

General
Characteristics
| Auting
Lining machines have all the control
elements to guarantee 100% non-defective
pieces in their production.
We
are also specialists in handling
high quality closures on which
lack of scratches is a key requirement.
Our
equipments not only meet the
strictest quality standards
but are also designed for easy
use and low maintenance. |
