lining equipments are designed to run with different cap shapes.
Closures are loaded in hopper elevators to reload the feeding
systems which feed closures to the rotary table nests, where
the machine punches the band and inserts the seal, and also
performs other processes such as glue application, labeling
and inspection control with artificial video systems.
The rolls are
easy to fit in the machine. The equipment detects the liner
and the band splice, avoiding its automatic fitting in the
closure. The module interlocking is simple. By means of sockets
we have two options to handle scrap: winding or cutting.
We have special equipment to fit sensitive liner seals.
We have a new model to line high
quality cosmetic closures, which avoids scratches on the face.
This equipment works on line with the injection machine.
Our equipments guarantee an accurate
seal position and they undergo all the necessary controls
to avoid defective or incomplete parts in your production.

These machines pre-cut safety
bands in plastic closures or caps. We have different models
and sizes depending on production, continuous motion rotary
and indexing rotary models. These equipments can also fold
the safety bands during the slitting process. We have machines
with productions from 3,500 to 30,000 closures per hour.
All parts are reloaded and orientated
automatically through AUTING rotary feeder equipments to the
rotary stations.
Our machines have accurate regulation
to pre-cut the band.
