Our
caps assembly machines can reach a production
that ranges from 3,000 pieces/hour
in mechanic-pneumatic equipments to
50,000 pieces/hour in Continuous Motion
Rotary Machines.

our Caps Assembly and Caps Lining
Machines are supplied with reloading
automatic systems. These systems
consist of hoppers of 400, 250
or 40lts (and in special cases,
of 1000lts, if required) that
orient the pieces in a controlled
motion into the feeders. |

| Likewise,
our assembly machines have peripheral
feeding systems that can be Vibratory
or Centrifugal feeders (or a combination
of both)and that supply the pieces
in a methodical and rhythmical
way through a fluidized channel,
a conveyor belt or a simple descent. |

Our
Assembly machines for closures are divided into
two main groups:Rotary Indexing
and Rotary Continuous Assembly Machines
•
The Rotary Indexing Assembling machines
can be: mechanical synchronic or hybrid
synchronic with pneumatic performance.
• The Rotary Continuous Motion
Assembly machines have a progressive
assembly through cam bearings, which
guarantee a smooth and high speed
assembly.
All
the assembly machines or fitting
equipments have controls that guarantee
the assembly with spare parts always
available. Dimensional controls may
be added if required by the customer.
Our equipments are built under CE
(European) and UL norms.
Together with the equipment, the customer
receives all the documentation, the
electric and pneumatic drawings, the
operation functional diagram, the
maintenance manual and the list of
parts.
If the customer requires, Auting can
install artificial vision systems
for the inspection and control of
defects that its Quality Department
considers necessary.
To achieve this, we have the knowhow
for the application of the latest
technology in artificial vision systems
and a close contact with the main
suppliers that keep us updated with
the latest news.
